• When you submit an 'On Request' vehicle, our reservations staff will re-confirm with the supplier that this vehicle is available.
• If the supplier confirms the vehicle is 'Available' our reservations team will secure the booking and charge your credit card.
• If the supplier advises us the vehicle is 'Unavailable' our reservations staff will contact you to help you find the best possible alternative.
